What Doesn’t Kill You Mutates And Tries Again
The Covid 19 Pandemic generated the biggest Global Psycho Experiment in History. At one point almost half of the world population were under strict lockdown orders and injected with substances. In isolation on a treadmill of self-exploration, Karen, Adam, Claire and Andrew begin to identify as Labo Rats. But as the acclaimed Rhodent Scholar, Professor RatsPutin, begins to nibble their toes and spirals their souls out of control with highly infectious songs of the Weimar variety, the four neurotics on prebiotics find themselves mutating into Kovid Rat Kabarett!!!
..all the songs and the music are world class with that smoky, jagged, disturbing Weimar feel….politically and socially charged “Kabaret with a ‘K’ – Stagewhispers
“off-kilter time signatures of Weimar Kabaret… unusual lilt… there is plenty of sharp political commentary and clever wordplay to be had within Filar’s lyrics” – Aussie Theatre http://www.crowsbarcabaret.com/
