A positive representation of an autistic meltdown, expressed through interactive sculpture and sound installation.

To have a Sublime feeling is to be overwhelmed and struck in awe by something grander than your comprehension or control.

Sometimes sensory experiences are painful, sometimes they’re pleasurable and awe-inspiring.

Inside Sensory meltdowns, the Artist can experience unusual sensory signals or lose the sensory awareness of most of their body.

This work will take you on a guided journey into the world of stim (self-stimulation), inviting you to explore playing with nonverbal consent and autistic ways of regulating through the senses.
