20th – 24th July performances of Paris or Die is cancelled due to Covid precautions. All ticket holders will be contacted with their options.

Paris or Die can be watched on La Mama On Screen from Jul 21 to Aug 4.

The story of a theatre student drawn to Paris after her mother’s death, where the city’s artistic, amorous and cultural hazards lead her to a bizarre near-fatal conclusion.

Paris, it seems, has its own plans for Jayne. Drawn there in an unforeseen way, she finds herself in a dizzying neighbourhood, studying at an intense theatre school, and falling in love with a Frenchman too beautiful to be real. She will disappear into the culture if it kills her. And one strange night, it nearly does. A literary theatrical experience based on the book by the same name.

‘Jayne Tuttle’s writing is a delicious delight.‘ – Christos Tsiolkas

Paris or Die will also be livestreamed on July 15, Friday, 8:30pm.
