Ticketing & Bookings

Book online:

Tickets for all shows at La Mama can be pre-purchased on this website and sold through Ferve. Booking links are available on the individual show pages.

Buy your tickets at the door:

It’s best to get your tickets ahead of time just in case we’re booked out, but you’re always welcome to try your luck at the box office, La Mama HQ opens 7 days a week from 11am.

Phone bookings:

You can make a booking by calling us on (03) 9347 6948. Over the phone you can either pay for your tickets via credit/debit card, or reserve them to be paid for on arrival at the show.

If you call up our box office and don’t get through to someone, please either leave a message or send us an email to [email protected].

Wheelchair tickets:

When you first book with us, select a normal ticket and include your access needs in the checkout questions. Our ticketing team will exchange your ticket for a wheelchair ticket, and a companion seat will automatically be reserved for free. Two seats are held: one for you and one for your companion.
In the future, if you book using the same email address, you’ll be able to see and select wheelchair ticket types directly and book for yourself.

Companion Card holders:

Please include your access needs in the checkout questions and get in touch with us with your unique cardholder number. We will issue an additional Companion Card ticket for you.

In the future, if you book using the same email address, you’ll be able to see and select the Companion Card ticket type directly and add one complimentary ticket to your order.

At the show

Please don’t print your tickets, as we’ll have your name at the door, so just check in at the box office at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the show.
