As the latest addition to the sisterhood of La Mama’s monthly or seasonal events, La Mama Cabaretica provides a vivid celebration of the cabaret scene in Melbourne.

In February 2020 we launch Cabaretica with:

A cabaret artist sitting on stairs

MC: Tina Del Twist (Wes Snelling)

With a voice as smooth as honey, a comedic wit that could shred brie, Tina is Australia’s much-loved nightingale. This gin-soaked velvet draped madame has featured on ABCTV’s Comedy Up Late, performed sell-out seasons with Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Melbourne Cabaret Festival, Darwin Festival, Perth FringeWORLD and accepted invitations to perform in Adelaide, Sydney, Copenhagen, Berlin, Edinburgh, and New York.
