Q: Do I have to wear a mask?:

A: As per government guidelines, you must carry a mask with you. We will have spare disposable masks if you have forgotten yours.

Q: Will the performers be practicing social distancing and wearing masks?

A:  Performers will be following hygienic protocols based on Victorian Government guidelines but their performance will not be inhibited by mask wearing. For your safety, the audience will be seated 1.5 metres back from the performers.

Q: What happens to my gift voucher if it expired during closure? 

A: All gift vouchers that were valid as of March 18 will be extended for the full length of closure.

Q: What safety procedures do you have in place?

Q: I purchased tickets to a session that was cancelled because of closure, can I get a refund?

A: Yes, but please consider donating the ticket price to the artists who have been out of work due to Covid.

Q: Why can’t I use cash? 

A: Like many other retail businesses, we are minimising the amount of contact points between customers and staff to protect you and our team.  While we can’t remove all contact points, we will reduce where possible.

Q: Do I have to book a seat? Do I have to sit in my allocated seat? 

A: While online & phone bookings will be preferred and prioritised for the majority of patrons, you may still purchase available tickets at the bar and box office. Please note that due to our limited capacity, you will not be guaranteed a seat unless you pre-book and we may not be able to accommodate walk-ups.  Contact information will also be mandatory as part of the transaction and you must remain in your allocated seats.

Q: I can’t book online, what do I do?

A: For customers who cannot book via our website but would like to reserve their seat, phone-booking is available. However, due to the current circumstances, we are not always available to answer the phone. Please leave a message and we will try to get back to you asap. Note that our email, info@lamama.com.au is checked more regularly than phone messages.
