Booking Details
Book and prepay online or phone 03 9347 6142.
Collect your tickets from the theatre at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the performance.
Phone bookings are open 12pm – 4pm on weekdays & 12pm – 2pm on weekends.
Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Tickets sold or issued by La Mama are subject to the LPA Code of Practice for the ticketing of Live Entertainment and La Mama’s general terms and conditions of sale.
Refund and Exchanges
Refunds are not given on pre-purchased tickets. Subject to ticket availability, ticketholders may exchange tickets for an alternate performance.

Cancelled Performances
In the case of a cancelled performance, tickets will be refunded, or subject to availability may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. Please contact the La Mama office on (03) 9347 6948 to arrange an exchange or refund.
Latecomers
Theatre doors will open and the performance will commence at the advertised starting time.
Please note that due to the intimate nature of productions at La Mama most shows have a strict no latecomer policy and ticket holders will not be admitted after the show has commenced. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded due to late arrival.
We recommend that you arrive at the theatre 15 minutes prior to the performance.
Concession Tickets
Pensioners, seniors, unemployed, MEAA members, AWG members and full-time students are entitled to concession price tickets. Patrons who have purchased a concession price ticket are required to provide appropriate identification when presenting or collecting tickets at the box office.
Companion Card
La Mama is committed to access and will issue Companion Card holders a complimentary ticket when accompanying a disabled ticketholder. Please phone the La Mama office on (03) 9347 6948 to book a complimentary ticket using your Companion Card.
Access
Both La Mama and La Mama Courthouse are wheelchair accessible however patrons are advised to notify La Mama of their needs when booking tickets.
Group Bookings
Group bookings are most welcome at La Mama and discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. To qualify for a discount and to make your group booking, please contact Maureen Hartley in the La Mama office on (03) 9347 6948.
School Bookings
La Mama is dedicated to theatre education and encourages school bookings for productions included on the VCE syllabus, as well as information sessions and other appropriate productions throughout the year.
